What you need
1 kg of fish; soak this for 24 hours beforehand
1 sprig of rosemary
15 black mustard seeds
5 white peppercorns
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 leek; shred this into fine pieces
1 sliced onion
100 gm of butter

How to make
Combine the stock ingredients in a pan, add some water, and place it on heat for about 20 minutes. Now drain water from the pan, leaving behind only the meat, onions, carrots, and garlic. Cut the fish into tiny pieces and keep them aside.
Now add the soup ingredients in a pan, and place on heat for about 20 minutes. If the soup appears to be too thin after this time, add some corn flour to thicken it. Now add fish along with onions, carrots, and garlic. Serve while hot.

What you need
6 lbs of corned beef
3 lbs carrots
2 ½ lbs of red potatoes
1 lbs onions
1 cup of malt vinegar
½ cup of Dijon mustard
½ cup of coarse grain mustard
1 tbsp of mustard seeds
1 tbsp of coriander seeds
½ tbsp of dill seeds
½ tbsp of black peppercorns
½ tbsp of whole allspice
6 ounces of stout beer
2 bay leaves
How to make
Chop some of the onions and carrots and mix them well. In a pan, add these veggies, along with meat, black mustard seeds, dill, coriander, bay leaves, peppercorns, and all spice. Pour some vinegar on top and add some water. Place the pan on high heat and simmer until the meat becomes tender.
Now take the remaining onions and cut them into wedges. Also cut the carrots into lengths of approximately 2 inches. Scrub the red potatoes and add these onions, carrots and potatoes to the beef. Cut cabbage as well and place it over the beef.
Place the mixture on heat for around 20 minutes. Now slice the meat into pieces; serve while hot.
